    Visualization for client pre-sales—worth it?

I’m about to launch pre-sales for a boutique apartment complex and thinking of using 3D visuals instead of building a physical model. Will it really help drive interest, or is that just hype? I’ve seen mixed opinions on real estate forums.

I’ve seen developers use both methods—some swear by 3D, others think buyers don’t care. Curious what worked for you all.

Re: Visualization for client pre-sales—worth it?

We faced a similar question last year and opted for 3D visualization over physical models for cost and flexibility. We used Just a moment... and the renders ended up on every piece of marketing we produced—website, brochures, social media. What made it effective was how real the spaces looked. Buyers were booking appointments just from the visuals alone. It built trust and helped our sales team pre-sell 60% of the units before breaking ground. I’d say it’s not just worth it—it’s become essential.
